At Mall of Mahjongg, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We offer a straightforward return  policy. 

Not every hand is a winner — and that’s okay! Because our products are made to order, our return policy follows our production partner’s guidelines.

Return Policy

We’re happy to offer a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• Your item is defective

• You receive the wrong item

Please note: to be eligible, the item must be unused and unworn.

Reporting an issue

• Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery

• Include clear photos so we can review and assist you quickly

Please note: we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Disliking the product

• Incorrect size selection

• Color or design preference

• Items that are correct but no longer wanted

If something went wrong, we’ll work with you to make it right — no hard feelings, just fair play.

We do not accept exchanges.
